Requests for use may be made by completing the request online or by downloading and submitting it manually.
Use of the house is subject to the following House Rules:
Leave the house as you found it.
Be sure the thermostat is at its original setting of 60 degrees.
Check that all windows are closed and locked, all lights are off and air conditioners are off.
Be sure the house is locked and the key secured. (In the future the combination lock will take over with no key).
Activities are limited to the first floor.
Beverages or food are only allowed in the kitchen and the dining room.
Any beverage or food offered is the responsibility of the group. Do not use any supplies from Colbert House.
A Keurig and a regular drip coffee pot are available for use for hot beverages.
Carry out all trash created.
Use the back door.
The driveway and parking space should be for handicapped people first.
No admittance to office. (We will post a private sign on the door.)
No smoking.
Everyday dishes are to be used if needed (in the cabinets by the sink); there is to be no use of the china (in the cabinet) although the wine glasses are ok.
Alcohol may be used or consumed with prior approval.
A maximum of 25 people will be allowed, unless special permission is given by the committee.
A suggested donation will be established for non-Tri-Parish users.
Any issues with the house are to be reported immediately to the email or to the St. James office 518-392-4991.
