Remade for Mission – Initiative – CCNCC

Working Groups have begun to meet and plan the Listening Sessions for this Diocesan Initiative for the CCNCC. While the full schedule of dates, locations and topics/questions has not been set, the first of our planned sessions are listed below. As previously mentioned, some sessions will be at night, and some will be during the day. You will only need to go to one of each of the paired sessions. Additionally, each parish will host approximately 1/3 of each of these meetings. Please note, that our new bishop, Bishop Mark, will be reviewing this initiative and may make changes, but I think it is important that we start with the first session.

Please join us, the first sessions will be on:

Thurs., November 6 at 6:30 pm (location to be determined.)
Sat., November 8 at 10:30 am at St. John the Baptist (in the Church Hall).

Other sessions, dates, times and locations will be announced as soon as possible.

The goal of the first session is to answer the question, “what is the shared, future vision of the CCNCC?” In order to do that,
there are a number of questions that need to be reviewed and prepared, in order to present to our new bishop: Where have we been (before Covid)? Where are we now? What are we doing well? What needs to change? Where are we going? How are we fulfilling the mission of the Church? More information will be innext week's bulletin.

These meetings are open to everyone from our tri-parish network. All are invited to attend with a willingness to hear others' ideas, opinions, and share your own.

All of these sessions will be two hours, and we need you to commit to being on time and staying the full two hours. We will commit
to start on-time and end on-time. Thank you for your prayerful consideration in joining together with others in the CCNCC,

Nuestros Grupos de Trabajo han comenzado a reunirse y a planificar las Sesiones de Escucha para esta Iniciativa Diocesana para la CCNCC. Aunque aún no se ha fijado el calendario completo de fechas, lugares y temas/preguntas, a continuación se enumeran las primeras sesiones previstas. Como se mencionó anteriormente, algunas sesiones serán nocturnas y otras diurnas. Sólo será necesario asistir a una de cada una de las sesiones emparejadas. Además, cada parroquia acogerá aproximadamente 1/3 de cada una de estas reuniones. Por favor, tened en cuenta que nuestro nuevo obispo, el obispo Mark, revisará esta iniciativa y puede que haga cambios, pero creo que es importante que empecemos con la primera sesión.

Por favor, únase a nosotros, las primeras sesiones serán el:

Jueves, 6 de noviembre a las 6:30 pm (Lugar por determinar.)
Sábado, 8 de noviembre a las 10:30 am en San Juan Bautista (en el Salón de la Iglesia).

Otras sesiones, fechas, horas y lugares se anunciarán tan pronto como sea posible. El objetivo de la primera sesión es responder a la pregunta: «¿cuál es la visión compartida y futura de la CCNCC?». Para ello, hay una serie de preguntas que deben ser revisadas y preparadas, con el fin de presentar a nuestro nuevo obispo quiénes somos: ¿Dónde hemos estado (antes de Covid)? ¿Dónde estamos ahora? ¿Qué estamos haciendo bien? ¿Qué hay que cambiar? ¿Hacia dónde vamos? ¿Cómo estamos cumpliendo la misión de la Iglesia? Más información en el boletín de la próxima semana. Estas reuniones están abiertas a todos los miembros de nuestra red triparroquial. Todos están invitados a asistir con la voluntad de escuchar las ideas y opiniones de los demás y compartir las suyas propias.

Todas estas sesiones serán de dos horas, y necesitamos que se comprometan a llegar a tiempo y permanecer las dos horas completas.
