New Tri-Parish Website

As I mentioned last week, the Universal Church has begun a new liturgical year. It’s an exciting time to prepare for the coming of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus. The Catholic Churches throughout the Albany Diocese are all celebrating the Advent Season. We in our tri-parish faith community of the CCNCC are preparing as well.

Throughout the world Christian Churches and Christians everywhere are preparing for the coming of the Lord by reviewing old habits and customs and starting new traditions. Many places are offering extra hours for confession and so are we (see inside for dates and times). An additional item I mentioned last week is our new tri-parish website (www.ccnccparishes.org). Please take a few moments to check it out. It has been a team effort to get it up and running. Please be patient with any kinks it may have. I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who helped on our previous websites for each parish – Paula Patasik, Cathy Kindle, Debbie Halpin as well as those who have helped launch our new website: Paula, Cathy, Debbie, Beth, and Nancy

Our new website has lots of information and features. A particular feature that I am very happy to announce is that with two clicks of a button, the entire content of the website is translated into a number of different languages. For our Spanish-speaking parishioners, this will be very helpful. Please be patient as we continue to develop this website.

Nuevo sitio web de Tri-Parish

Como mencioné la semana pasada, la Iglesia Universal ha comenzado un nuevo año litúrgico. Es un momento emocionante para prepararme para la venida de Nuestro Señor y Salvador, Jesús. Las Iglesias Católicas en todo el Albany Diocese están celebrando la Temporada de Adviento. Nosotros, en nuestra comunidad de fe tri-parroquial del CCNCC, también nos estamos preparando.

En todo el mundo, las Iglesias cristianas y los cristianos de todo el mundo se están preparando para la venida del Señor revisando viejos hábitos y costumbres y comenzando nuevas tradiciones. Hasido un esfuerzode equipo ponerlo en marcha. Por favor, sea paciente con cualquier torcedura que pueda tener.
