The beginning is near.
Christianity began with the birth of Jesus, but the people of God had waited for centuries for this event. How do we prepare for our celebration of Christmas? On Sunday evening, November 6, Faith Formation families talked, sang, and listened as catechists shared ways to “wait in joyful hope.”
On Sunday, November 20, the Sunday morning Faith Formation families will gather for Mass at 9:15 am at St. James and then examine the many ways we “ready the way of the Lord” throughout Advent.
There will be an Advent Wreath Workshop on Sunday, November 27 at 2 pm at St. John the Baptist. Space is limited, and open first to families in Family Faith Formation. Please register by November 18. Free will donation.
