"The value of persistent prayer is not that God will hear us, but that we will finally hear God.”

The readings this weekend remind us of the unending love that God has for us, and prompt us to share our gifts with others.  God’s love is freely given, but in gratitude, we must also share that love.  As Jesus says to his disciples “Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give.” (Matthew 10:8)

One of the ways we are able to show our gratitude for God’s love is by serving others.  During the month of July, we will gather for service each Monday evening, beginning Monday, July 10.  These Mondays will include projects for families of all ages.
